Slowly but surely, the Nike ACG Rufus has been mixing new textures into its retro run. After making its return in OG-adjacent suede styles last year, we’ve seen hairy suede, denim, and now leather grace the Y2K-era camping and light hiking model.
Emerging on the heels of a “Light British Tan” colorway, the ACG Rufus here features a black leather upper with the old ACG logo embossed on the lateral side. The lining comes in “Dark Team Red,” while a light khaki hue adds some definition to the outsole. All things considered, we’re getting some pretty clear “grandpa shoe” vibes. These are comfortable, easy to slip on/off, and understated in almost all-black.
