The New Balance 1906R now stands as one of the brand’s most bankable assets, host to some of the most coveted NB collaborations of the decade and a daily sight for anyone in a major metro market.
Now three years into the model’s renewed run, despite sifting through dozens of general release colorways on a yearly basis, it’s hard to say that Boston creatives have explored everything that the model is capable of. Metallic, techy looks still make up the bulk of what we’ll catch on the newswire, casting pairs like the black and blue at hand as exceptions.
